Project goal: To study the association of gene polymorphisms encoding biotransformation enzymes and carrier proteins of new oral anticoagulants with the pharmacokinetics of dabigatran etexilate and apixaban in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation (AF) in the Kazakh population.
