The Admission Unit conducts hospitalization and provides emergency medical care to the population.
The main tasks of the Unit:
1) Hospitalization of patients in specialized units of the Center;
2) Provision of emergency medical care during urgent service, self-treatment and if necessary;
3) Interrelation and continuity in work with other medical and diagnostic healthcare institutions.
4) Medical admission of children and adults according to cardiological, cardiac surgery and interventional (arrhythmological) cardiological profiles.
5) Registration of patients, filling out the necessary forms of medical records. The patient's medical card is issued in accordance with the requirements of JCI;
6) Sanitary and hygienic treatment of patients, if necessary;
7) Provision of emergency medical care to admitted patients and in case of self-treatment;
8) Transportation of admitted patients to the units;
9) Working with the portal of the Bureau of Hospitalization, determining the validity of the patient's referral for hospitalization and the date of hospitalization;
10) Providing consultations to patients undergoing inpatient treatment at the Center;
11) Collecting information about patients from the clinical units of the Center;
12) Reporting on admitted patients, the total number of patients hospitalized at the Center, an operation plan, monitoring the arrival and consultations of other specialists.
Department functions:
1) Hospitalization of patients in specialized Units of the Center, taking into account the requirements of current regulatory legal acts, internal documents of the Center and international standards;
2) Participation in scientific research, generalization of clinical and scientific data in order to develop new methods of providing specialized and highly qualified medical care;
3) Participation in the development and improvement of the regulatory framework of the healthcare industry on issues of medical and diagnostic assistance to the population in the field of cardiology;
4) Coordination of the Unit's interaction with other structural divisions of the Center;
5) Performs other functions within the competence of the Unit.
